Compensation consultant – Outsourced Assignment (Up&Running)

We are looking for a bright, motivated Consultant in the area of Compensation for an outsourced assignment (up&running). Under the guidance of the Practice Leader, your key responsibilities will be to:

Main responsabilities

  • Based on the assignment’s needs, optimize your contribution to temporary mandates affecting the day-to-day operations of compensation and the management of special projects

  • Assist consulting teams with various client or internal projects between mandates or outsourcing periods

Requirements

  • University degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in human resources, actuarial studies or business administration and five years of relevant experience

  • Prior consulting experience (asset)

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and skills

  • Strong command of French and English

  • Rigour and conscientiousness and excellent ability to quickly integrate and adapt to new, diverse environments

Consultant – Data science

We are looking for a bright, motivated Consultant to contribute to the development of the Performance Practice. The incumbent will complement the team by evolving our models and performing sophisticated statistical analyses on the performance of our clients through their employees. Under the guidance of the Performance Practice Leader, your key responsibilities will be to:

Main responsabilities

  • Extract and analyze data from our clients’ databases

  • Assess the efficiency and accuracy of new data sources and data collection techniques

  • Develop personalized data models and macro studies on organizational performance

  • Develop analysis tools and dashboards in collaboration with our IT development team

  • Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize the employee and client experience as well as the financial, economic and operational results of our clients

  • Develop processes and tools to control and analyze model performance and data accuracy

  • Within the limits of your expertise, make sure our clients are always satisfied and that their employees enjoy coming into work!
