We are looking for an experienced, rigorous Consultant, organizational development to join our Compensation, Talent and Culture team who will enjoy reimagining people management within organizations.

Your mission:

Support our clients in stimulating individual and team performance, facilitating and realizing career paths, and assessing talent-related risks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing consulting services to clients in collaboration with team members and participating in account management.
  • Contributing to the practice’s success and the team’s overall professional development by leveraging expertise and experience.
  • Actively participating in the development of products and conferences on various topics.
  • Monitoring the market and developing business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with other teams to propose integrated solutions that drive human performance within organizations.

To be considered, you must meet the following minimal requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration (human resources option), occupational psychology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience of at least 7 years in an HR business partner (HRBP) role and/or in organizational development within a company.
  • A master’s degree in organizational development or a post-graduate degree in a related field (asset).
  • Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CPHR)

You must also demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to thoroughly understand situations and provide effective, practical solutions.
  • Ability adapt quickly, be flexible and navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage several projects at a time.
  • Proficiency in the main Office suite programs and openness to technological change.
  • Native proficiency in spoken and written French and solid grasp of English
