We are currently looking for a compensation analyst to excel in compensation in our Montreal office.

Your mission:

In collaboration with the practice leader and your colleagues, you’ll assume the following main responsibilities:

  • Assisting consultants in delivering consulting services to clients;
  • Helping to prepare presentations and client deliverables;
  • Producing technical work, such as comparative analyses, job evaluations, salary structures, incentive compensation programs and pay equity maintenance exercises;
  • Conducting research on market trends in the aim of designing conferences or creating products;
  • Producing high-quality work to support clients and ensure their satisfaction;
  • Working closely with the Performance, Sustainability and Measurement teams to foster synergy between these areas of expertise.

Qualities

  • To be eligible for this position, you must have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, management, finance, economics or mathematics or another related field. Relevant work experience and projects at a company as part of your studies will also be considered.
  • You must also demonstrate that you possess the following qualities:
