We are seeking a motivated, inquisitive individual to fill the position of Pension Plan Administration Technician. This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Montreal.

What your day would look like:

  • Enter data accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and communicating with plan members and clients.
  • Check members’ information and make sure it’s up to date.
  • Update financial data and produce annual statements.
  • Calculate pension adjustments and pension adjustment reversals.
  • Prepare payment authorizations and generate follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with our colleagues and external partners.
  • Reconcile member payments, contributions and transactions;
  • Create and send personalized communications.

What you need to succeed:

  • DCS in business administration or accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting and/or business administration.

  • You have a good command of MS Office and are open to learning new technologies.

  • You have good written and oral communication skills in French and English (bilingual).
