We’re looking for a .NET Programmer to join our Innovation and Software Solutions team at our Montreal office.

This role will require the design of innovative software solutions dedicated to pension plan administration. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to transform and drive our pension plan administration software solutions, using your technical expertise in web development and understanding of the specifics of this sector.

Your mission:

Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will have the following responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain reactive and accessible web interfaces, ensuring that these developments are integrated harmoniously into the existing architecture and follow programming best practices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform mock-ups into functional web interfaces.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and web services.
Take part in the development of new software designs, by bringing an innovative vision and adopting a proactive approach to continuously improve development processes.
Contribute actively to the company’s culture of innovation, by attending conferences and workshops, and keeping abreast of the latest technological advances.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Qualifications and skills sought:

You must hold one of the degrees listed below and demonstrate the required abilities:

Training in computer science, engineering or a related field, combined with at least five (5) to 5 years of experience.
Proven experience in web interface design and production.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum).
Knowledge of the following languages and software is an asset:
- − .NET Framework and .NET Core
- ASP.NET, MVC, and Blazor
- Entity Framework
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Angular, Vue.js, React
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and convincingly.
