Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and Administrative Services, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a central role, which is both strategic and tactical, in implementing our talent initiatives and priorities in the aim of fostering the engagement and development of human capital.
We are looking for a human resources generalist with a major in training and organizational development. The HRBP will support the teams and managers of their designated clients throughout the employee lifecycle.
In addition, the HRBP plays a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative programs in the areas of organizational transformation, change management, continuous improvement, skills development, training, leadership development, coaching and mentorship, while aligning these initiatives with the company’s priorities and strategic objectives.
