We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Director with extensive experience to join our Information Security and Systems team. The position is based in our Montreal office.

 

This role combines leadership and technical skills with the ability to innovate, and expertise in organizational process transformation. You will work closely with internal teams and our practices to transform and advance our enterprise applications, leveraging your technical expertise, in-depth understanding, and vision of recognized enterprise application ecosystems and analytics solutions.

 

As Enterprise Applications Director, you will provide strategic leadership on the organization’s essential systems, such as the CRM, ERP, HRIS, EDM and Office 365 suite. By collaborating with our practices and corporate services, you will ensure these solutions meet business needs, foster innovation, and deliver optimal performance. You will oversee the responsible teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the implementation of measures that support decision-making and operational efficiency

Your mission:

Under the direction of the CIO, your role will be to:

 

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, EDM).
  • Collaborate closely with various practices and corporate service teams to understand needs, optimize organizational processes, and foster innovation.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, evolution, security, and performance of the various solutions, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively manage relationships with each system’s vendors, monitoring service quality and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Orchestrate synchronization and ensure data integrity across different systems.
  • With the analytics team, implement dashboards and analyses based on data from these platforms to support decision-making and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct a technology watch and recommend developments aligned with the organization’s growth.
  • Establish the strategy to equip and develop our employees.

Qualifications and skills sought:

You must hold one of the degrees listed below and demonstrate the required abilities:

Education and experience

  • University degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, or a related field
  • A minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience in enterprise application management or large-scale technology projects, including at least five (5) years of experience in team supervision and vendor management

Technical knowledge and skills

  • Proficient in corporate application environments (CRM, ERP, HRIS, EDM) and understanding of challenges with integrating these different systems
  • Excellent grasp of security, governance, and data synchronization issues
  • Demonstrated experience in producing dashboards and leveraging data for decision-making
  • Ability to manage complex IT projects and lead continuous improvement processes
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English, as the successful candidate will interact with clients whose primary language of business is either French or English.
