We are looking for a principal to grow our Performance practice in Toronto and to progress while enhancing human resource management in our client organizations. The principal will report to the Performance practice leader in Montreal and must have a strong interest in business development and the visibility of our practice.

Your mission:

To support our clients in optimizing the conditions that help attract, engage and develop current and future employees, your role will be to propose solutions for the design and application of talent management strategies, which will be enhanced by the organization’s various performance and employee experience programs.

In collaboration with the Performance practice, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the practice leader in completing projects and developing the practice to help drive the growth of our Toronto office.
  • Taking part in visibility initiatives to showcase product development through conferences, training, articles, etc.
  • Developing relevant strategies based on your clients’ organizational issues: attraction, engagement, performance, talent development, career progression, employee experience, employer brand, culture enhancement, etc.
  • Directly advising clients in complex and strategic situations. Consulting internal specialists, involving them when necessary, and considering their added value when managing the project budget.
  • Being accountable for project delivery and profitability.
  • Contributing to discussions on practice initiatives, ensuring their implementation and being accountable for results.
  • Taking charge of certain products, tools or projects involving your expertise.

You must meet the following minimal requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration (human resources option), occupational psychology, or a related field
  • A master’s degree or a post-graduate degree in a related field
  • Significant experience of at least ten (10) years in an advisory role or in organizational development within a company or providing consulting services
  • A designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA)
  • The following skills and qualities: good judgment, client excellence, networking skills, advisory role expertise, courage to explore, business acumen, driven by results, and daily engagement
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and basic fluency in French (an asset)
