Our team is looking for an analyst for our Group Benefits practice. This is a permanent, full-time position at our Montreal, Quebec City or Toronto office.

Your mission

  • Develop strategies and solutions for group insurance plan costs and funding.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to internal and external client requests, directing more complex cases to the appropriate people.
  • Keep your colleagues informed of your progress and any difficulties you encounter.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and proposed solutions.
  • Ensure continual monitoring of market developments and new regulations.
  • Suggest improvements to processes, policies and standards when deemed relevant.
  • Help plan work that concerns you, including quality reviews and preparations for meetings with internal teams or providers.
  • Follow up on pending questions proactively and autonomously.
  • Plan and prioritize your workload for the short term, while considering your team’s annual cycles.
