Compensation Intern

We are currently looking for an intern in the area of compensation.

 

Under the guidance of the Practice Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist consultants in delivering consulting services to clients
  • Produce technical projects such as comparative analyses, job evaluations, salary structures, incentive compensation, performance plans and organizational diagnoses
  • Prepare presentations for client files
  • Work with various organizations when conducting market studies
  • Conduct research on market trends with a view to developing conferences and products
  • Share accountability for client satisfaction and management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have completed or be in the process of completing your undergraduate or graduate studies in human resources, management, finance, economics, or mathematics.
