Analyst, Disability Management and Occupational Health

To help our clients optimize their employees workplace attendance, your mandate will be to participate in the design, plan and operationalize disability management and health and well-being strategies. The focus of these strategies is—among other things—the management of disability management insurer and service provider performance, the improvement of disability management, health and well-being program design and renewal, as well as the measurement of health and disability program performance.

 

In collaboration with the Health team leader and your practice colleagues, your primary responsibilities will consist of:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting consultants in delivering consulting services to clients
  • Preparing and participating in presentations for client files
  • Conducting research on market trends with a view to developing conferences and products
  • Sharing accountability for client satisfaction and management
  • Collaborating with the Group Benefits, Performance and Communication teams
  • Producing technical projects such as analyses of external providers’ offerings or data analysis

To qualify, you must have completed or be in the process of completing your undergraduate or graduate studies in human resources or another related field. Any relevant work experience or mandate at a company as part of your studies will also be considered.
