On February 1, Normandin Beaudry’s Compensation and Performance team launched a new initiative entitled the Benchmarking Community. This initiative is an annual series of rapid response surveys on current topics related to total compensation. The first survey was a great success, thanks to more than 100 organizations that participated.

Conducted by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CHRP) in collaboration with Normandin Beaudry, this survey aims to help Quebec's organizations in positioning their compensation practices to the market.
