April 2014 - Stimuler la performance et améliorer le bien-être au travail avec les leviers de gestion
As part of the training program offered by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, Jacques Forest, psychologist, CHRP, researcher and professor at ESG-UQAM and Normandin Beaudry collaborator, will be facilitating a training session entitled “Stimuler la performance et améliorer le bien-être au travail avec les leviers de gestion.”
Participants will learn more about:
- what is work motivation;
- the economic, behavioural, psychological and physical consequences of the different types of work motivation;
- the psychological needs that can stimulate self-determined motivation and reduce controlled motivation;
- the three main organizational levers of intervention (job design, leadership and compensation) for stimulating self-determined motivation and reducing controlled motivation.
This training is intended for all human resources management professionals and is offered in two formats:
