October 3, 2012 - Culture de performance et rémunération variable… Ça va brasser!

On Wednesday, October 3, the 2012 edition of the Rendez-vous de la rémunération de l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, presented by Normandin Beaudry, will take place at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

During the event, Nathalie Leblanc, Senior Consultant – Compensation and Performance, Marie-Pier Lapointe, Consultant – Compensation and Performance and Audrey Campbell, Assistant Consultant – Compensation and Performance, will be giving a presentation entitled:  “Culture de performance et rémunération variable… Ça va brasser!

There is right now a clear trend toward variable compensation programs.  As a compensation professional, it is time for you to determine whether you are for or against:

  • favouring variable compensation over performance-based pay increases?
  • having a variable compensation plan for all job categories?
  • paying variable compensation despite a poor organizational performance and sub-par financial results?
  • creating group incentives as opposed to individual incentives?
  • reviewing variable compensation programs annually to ensure their alignment with your organization’s business strategy?

These are just a few questions to consider in preparation for a presentation that will be enriched by the active participation of the audience.

Normandin Beaudry’s Compensation and performance experts will surely showcase their expertise at the Rendez-vous de rémunération 2012.  Be sure to enter this date in your agenda.
